Season opener at I-44 Speedway attracts large group of drivers
Texas driver David Lewis, pictured at left, is one of several who are expected to compete in the April 29 season opener at Lebanon I-44 Speedway.
Lebanon I-44 Speedway’s opening-night purse has attracted two Texas Late Model drivers as both David Lewis and Gabriel Fogg has filed entries for the 50-lap feature.
Slated to be held on April 29, the I-44 Speedway season opener features a $1,200-to-win Pro Late Model feature race that will take center stage.
David Lewis began racing in 1992 in the GT3 road racing series with multiple wins and regional championships. He moved to Pro Late Models in 2015 and finished second in points in the Pro Late Model division at Central Texas Speedway in 2016.
He is currently racing Pro Late Models and Super Late Models.
Gabriel Fogg began racing quarter midgets in 2007 with multiple wins and track championships. He moved to racing in the Legacy division in 2014 and finished second in points in the 2016 season.
Fogg began racing Pro Late Models in 2016, and is currently racing Pro Late Models and Super Late Models.
