Dorothy Mae Knox

Dorothy Mae Knox, 80, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, in Lebanon.

She was born Dec. 15, 1936, to Robert and Mable Palm Dardis.

She was united in marriage to Garland Clifford Knox, who preceded her in death in 2000. She also was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Bob Dardis.

Dorothy was raised in California and lived most of her life in the Beverly Hills/Hollywood area. She worked in the film industry while in California and was a devoted homemaker. She lived in New Mexico and Colorado, before coming to Lebanon 40 years ago. After moving to Lebanon, she worked as the director of Meals on Wheels at the Hughes Center in Lebanon for. Many years.

She is survived by two daughters, Monica Graham and husband, Billy, of Lebanon and Debbie Hanneman and husband, Duane, of Aurora, Cole.; a son, Steve Knox and wife, Diane, of Casa Grande, Ariz., five grandchildren and nine-great-grandchildren.

Services for Dorothy Mae Knox will be private under the care and direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
