Lebanon man faces multiple molestation charges

Multiple charges have been filed against a Lebanon man following an investigation into an allegation that he molested a girl over a three-year period.
Trevor Daniel Addis, 28, was charged last week with three counts of a class B felony of first-degree child molestation. Addis was released from jail Feb. 2 after posting his $100,000 cash-or-surety bond, according to court records.
The alleged molestation was first brought to law enforcement’s attention in August when the child was taken to Lebanon Mercy Hospital for treatment following an alleged attack. While speaking with a nurse, the girl, who is under the age of 14, told a nurse that Addis had touched her inappropriately in a sexual manner, according to court documents released Thursday by the Laclede County Circuit Court’s office.
