As Lebanon residents shop for bargains at the Lebanon City-Wide Garage Sale, they will also be able to snag a bargain on breakfast or lunch while also helping out local children.

The Lebanon Rotary Club will be holding its annual pancake breakfast from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the small banquet rooms at the Cowan Civic Center.

According to Lebanon Rotary Club President John Carr, proceeds from the event will go to support local Rotary Club programs, which include purchasing coats, clothing, shoes and school supplies for children and helping with a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics program at Lebanon Middle School.

“Helping local kids is our main focus,” Carr stated.

Carr said that the pancake breakfast has been a Rotary Club tradition for more than 75 years.
